摘要
为了满足每个智障学生的个别需要,使他们都能学有所得,培智学校普遍实施了个别化教学。但要使个别化教学真正取得成效,达到预期目的,并非易事。通过调研观察了解,该文提出培智学校实施个别化教学,教师必须注意清晰概念,明确要求;转变思想,端正态度;讲究策略,形式多样等问题。
In order to meet the need of individual instruction for students with mental retardation and make them achieve much, schools usually make individual instruction for them. But it is hard to have real effect and reach the goal. This paper points out that teachers must make meaning of individual instruction and requirements clear, change ideas with right attitude, focus on strategies and various forms.
