摘要
特殊教育学校教师存在职业倦怠有诸多原因,本文主要从学校管理的角度出发,思考并提出学校管理要从教师的需要出发,提高教师的职业幸福感、责任感、进取感和约束感,从而达到防治教师职业倦怠的产生。
There are many reasons why teachers in schools for special education have professional fatigue.From the perspective of school management,this paper points out that school management requires considering teachers’ demand to improve teachers’ sense professional happiness,responsibility,progressiveness and constraints so as to prevent teachers of schools for special education from professional weariness.
