摘要
本文以莫里森的小说《宠儿》为例,借鉴美国文学与文化研究专家萨尔迪瓦提出的"后现代现实主义"概念,从小说主体建构和艺术特质两个方面来探讨莫里森小说叙事的后现代现实主义特点:既显示出了历史与现实的关怀,又融入了现代主义美学和后现代主义对语言、历史和主流意识形态的思考,从而揭示出莫里森创作所包含的敏锐的当代意识与普世性品质。
This paper takes Morrison's novel Beloved as an example,drawing on American literature and cultural studies expert Saldivar's'postmodern realism'to explore Morrison's narrative characteristics from the following two aspects: the subject construction and the artistic characteristics.Beloved shows the care to history and reality,besides,modernism aesthetics are involved and the language,history plus the mainstream ideology of thinking of the postmodernism are all taken into consideration.So Morrison's works contain sensitive contemporary consciousness and universal awareness.
