上海市聋哑青年技术学校毕业生工作情况的调查报告

A Research on the Working Conditions of the Graduates from Shanghai Youth Technical School for the Deaf-mutes

聋人职业教育是当前聋人教育的重要方面。本研究自编调查问卷,对我校2000—2006年的部分毕业生的就业状况随机进行了追踪调查。研究表明参与调查的大部分聋校毕业生在较为稳定的三资企业、企事业、机关单位任职,少部分毕业生选择了自主创业。有近半数聋生毕业后调换过工作单位。影响我校毕业生工作满意度的主要因素是月收入情况、单位的重用程度、自己胜任工作程度、心理愉快程度以及与同事的关系等等。

Vocational education is very important for deaf people.This research explores working conditions of some graduates from Shanghai Youth Technical School for the Deaf-mutes from 2000 to 2006.A questionnaire is designed to investigate them.The result indicates that all the graduate work in foreigner-invested enterprises,state-owned enterprises and public institution.Very small quantity of graduate are willing to start their own business.Nearly half of the people change their jobs after graduation.Factors to affect working satisfaction of deaf graduates include monthly salary,appreciated by leaders,colleagues,etc.
