摘要
为了促进我国现代兔产业健康循环发展,对现代食品加工技术在我国兔肉产品加工中的应用状况做了综合分析,并提出了进一步促进我国兔肉加工的意见和建议。
In order to promote the healthy cycle development of China’s modern rabbit industry,we have made the comprehensive analysis to the application of modern food processing technology in the processing of rabbit meat and put forward further suggestion and opinion in promoting China’s rabbit processing.
