獭兔毛囊分化与被毛生长规律研究

Study on Hair Follicles Differentiation and Hair Growth

通过对1～7月龄四川白獭兔进行皮肤取样、切片和sacpic染色分析,显微镜毛囊图像成像,观察獭兔不同月龄毛囊分化与被毛生长变化规律。观测结果表明,獭兔1～2月龄时,毛囊处于分化增生期;3月龄、5月龄、7月龄毛囊处于分化全休止期;3～4月龄、4～5月龄时,毛囊处于休止与分化增生分化交替期;而在4月龄獭兔被毛密度达到21 075根/cm2,被毛密度极显著高于其他月龄(P<0.01),4月龄后被毛长与被毛密度逐渐趋于稳定。因此3～4月龄或4～5月龄为獭兔毛囊分化与被毛生长期。

In this research,we observed the law of hair follicle differentiation in different months and skins growth changes by paraffin section methods from at the age of 1 to 7 months for rex rabbits.The results showed that: the hair follicle belonged to differentiation proliferative phases from at the age of 1 to 2 months;the hair follicle belonged to differentiation telogen phases fully at the age of 3 months,5 months and 7 months;while from at the age of 3 to 4 months and from at the age of 4 to 5 months,the hair follicle belonged to differentiation telogen phases and proliferative phases alternately;the densities of skins reached 21 075 hair roots/cm2 at the age of 4 months,which reached the highest quantities than the other months at the very significant level(P<0.01),the wool length and the densities of skins tended towards stability after at the age of 4 months.So it was the stages of hair follicles differentiation and hair growth from at the age of 3 to 4 months and from at the age of 4 to 5 months.
