摘要 Objective To observe the regulatory mechanism ofβ-catenin in modulating the expression of E-cadherin in TGF-β1 induced epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT). Methods The substrate mimetic peptide and control peptide were constructed. The human tubular cells (HK2 cell line) were cultured with 10 ng/ml TGF-β1 for 72 hours, in the group of the substrate-analogue peptide and control peptide the cells were incubated
