摘要 通过测量胰腺癌裸鼠模型瘤内注射 1 2 5I-Ud R后各脏器的放射性活度 ,以及观察用药后瘤体外观和荷瘤鼠生存率的变化 ,分析 1 2 5I-Ud R在生物体内的药物分布规律和治疗效果。实验结果表明 ,1 2 5I-Ud R局部注射后可在瘤内持续浓聚 ,瘤内放射性浓度可达其他脏器的 1 0 3~ 93 1倍 ,聚集在瘤内的 1 2 5I-Ud R可致肿瘤细胞坏死 ,接受治疗的荷瘤鼠生存期明显长于 Na1 2 5I对照组 (χ2 =7.66,P <0 .0 1 )和空白对照组 (χ2 =8.49,P <0 .0 1 )。 The distribution and therapeutic effect of 5- 125 Iodo-2′-deoxyuridine( 125 I-UdR) in Balb/c nude mice bearing pancreatic cancer was investigated through determining the radioactivity of various organs, estimating the gross pathology of tumour and analyzing the survival rate of the mice after 125 I-UdR was intratumourally injected. The results indicated that intratumourally injected 125 I-UdR was retained within the tumour tissue without serious leakage and can damage cancerous cell.The survival time of tumour-bearing mice was distinctly extend(χ 2=7.66?8.49,P<0.01).
