The Challenge and Strategy of the Administrative Work of Foreigners of Local Police Station in Correspondence with China's Entry into WTO

针对入世后派出所(警署)境外人员管理工作面临的现状、入世后的趋势,应强化一个意识,提高三个认识;积极探索,因地制宜,多策并举;科教强警,依托科技提高境外人员管理工作效率;加强业务培训,扩充派出所(警署)外管职能。

In light of the current situation, the trend after China' s entry into WTO that the administrative work of foreigners of local police stations face after China's entry into WTO, we should intensify one consciousness and enhance three recognitions; actively explore, take measures suited to local conditions, adopt more strategies at the same time; strengthen police by science and education, improve efficiency of the administrative work of foreigners by resorting to science and technology; strengthen professional training, widen the foreign administrative function of local police stations.
