关于业主委托建设监理公司的探讨

On committing of construction supervision work

简述了工程建设管理中的改革及推行建设监理制的必要性。参考国际先进发达国家在实行建设监理中的成功经验，结合国内的具体情况，提出我国目前业主对工程建设项目中委托监理公司和聘用监理人员应考虑的几个问题及应遵循的步骤。

The reform in management of construction engineering and the necessity of implementation of supervision system are briefly discussed in this paper. With reference to foreign successful experience in construction supervision from developed countries and in combination with the concrete practice in China,several problems to be considered and the procedure to be followed currently by domestic owner in selection and retaining of consulting firms and professional consultants are presented
