永久船和是三峡水利枢纽工程的主要组成部分，是开发长江航道的骨干工程，本文较详尽地介绍了永久船闸的布置、结构、施工及进展情况。
The permanent shiplocks are major components of the Three Gorges project, as well as the keyworks to develop the shipping business on the Changjiang River. This paper details the layout, structure,construction and progress, etc of the shiplocks.
