三峡大坝部分采用碾压混凝土的设计

摘要 三峡工程混凝土量巨大,在大坝适当部位尽可能多地采用碾压混凝土很有必要。本文结合三峡大坝实际和研究成果,介绍了适合应用碾压混凝土的部位、结构设计以及采取的技术措施、施工方案、施工工艺和设备配置等。第六部分还介绍了正在施工中的纵向围堰的设计,通过纵向围堰碾压混凝土的施工实践,将为三峡一期和二期工程积累经验具有重要现实意义。 There is a huge volume of concrete to be placed in Three Gorges Project, and it is very necessary that RCC is adopted in proper portion of the dam body as much as possible. On the basis of the specific condition of Three Gorges dam and relevant research results, this paper presents the portions suitable for adopting RCC, corresponding structural design, technic measures, construction scheme, construction processes, and equipment arrangement. In addition, the design of the longitudinal RCC cofferdam under construction is also presented. Obviously, the practice of constructing the longitudinal RCC cofferdam will result in useful experience to the construction of 1st/2nd stage works of Three Gorges Project.
