摘要
用概率理论给出了在成品卵微粒子病集团检验时,有毒卵数与有毒集团数之间的关系。当采用100粒为一集团进行镜检时,有毒卵数d与有毒集团数S的关系为d=眼1.0725S+0.0725演;当采用50粒为一集团进行DNA分子标记法检时,有毒卵数d与有毒集团数S的关系为d=眼1.036S+0.036演。
By applying the theory of probability to the collective inspection of mature egg pebrine, we have reported the relationship between the number of pebrine eggs and that of pebrine collectivity. When 100 eggs taken as one microscope-examination-collectivity, the relationship between the number of pébrine eggs d and that of pebrine group S is d=[1.0725S+0.0725]; While 50 eggs taken as one DNA-mark-examination-collectivity, the relationship between the number of pebrine eggs and that of pebrine collectivity S is d=[1.036S+ 0.036].
