摘要
定子线圈嵌装是发电机定子安装的一个重要环节,定子线圈嵌装施工工艺直接影响到定子的安装质量,继而会影响机组的安全稳定运行。沙沱水电站定子绕组安装中采用了新工艺,新技术、新材料。论文针对首台机定子绕组嵌装工序,质量控制进行解析,为同类机组定子线圈安装提供借鉴经验。
Statorwinding is one of the vital factors during installation of the stator in the generator,which directly influences the outcome of the installed stator of the generator andmayalso affect the safe operation of thewhole set ofGenerator. It has taken new process, newtechnologyand newmaterials during installationworks conducted under the statorwinding ofShatuopower station.This thesis analyzes on statorwinding process of the 1st generator and provides experiences for similar stator winding works for
generator installation.
