摘要
抽水蓄能电站主进水球阀动作频繁,枢轴轴套设计合理为球阀可靠稳定运行奠定基础。蒲石河抽水蓄能电站2#和4#主进水球阀枢轴轴套为普通铜轴套,由于厂家设计制造缺陷,易导致枢轴轴套破碎。论文主要介绍了球阀枢轴轴套更换施工方法,重新加工球阀轴套注油孔,为同类型球阀枢轴轴套更换提供借鉴和参考。
