Due to the needs of the market,residential quarters emerge one after another,however,architects who just paying close attention to home owners will no longer meet the basic needs of living,but have to face to the challenge formed by people’s higher requirements,such as the architectural modeling appearance,environmental quality,and the will of living in a more personalized homeland.Beijing TianHeng Lohas City was produced under such a background,whose architectural design pursues high-quality;'lohas',healthy and sustainable concept were carried out in inner city planning,design of residential apartment layout,building design,building energy-saving technology applications.As long as residential area has been established,its landscape environment,apartment layout design,building facade procedures will all tight fit the plot theme,for the owners to create a lohas spirit of their homes,and rave reviews of the project can be expected.This paper describes the design achievement of Beijing Tianheng Lohas City in detail,it is also an exploration of contemporary personalized housing design.
