摘要
瑞安新天地广场总高度149.9 m,由主楼和裙房两部分组成,裙房为超限高层结构。主要介绍该工程结构方案布置、嵌固端选取、基础设计、超长超厚混凝土有效构造措施;分析并判定主楼和裙房超限情况,并采取有效的加强措施。最后,通过两种计算软件结果的分析对比及弹性时程分析的补充计算,可知该工程建筑结构设计方案可行。
Rui'an Plaza whose total height is 149.9 meters,consists of the main building and the annex that is a super high-rise building.The main contents of the project contain the structural scheme,the choice of fixed-end,foundation design,effective construction measures for super-length and exceeding-thickness concrete structure,beyond-code limit analysis and effective strengthening measures.Finally,the design scheme could be determined to be feasible by comparison analysis of the resulte by two-software simulations and the supplement calculation of elastic time-history analysis.
