某奢侈品商场楼面活荷载标准值的统计分析

STATISTIC AND INFERENCE OF THE STANDARD VALUE OF FLOOR LIVE LOAD FOR A LUXURY SHOPPING MALL

随着生活水平的提高,人们开始对奢侈品的需求量逐渐增大,伴随着这一趋势,奢侈品商场出现了。对于该种商场,往往其存货量以及客流量都相对较小,所以楼面活荷载值比一般的超市商店要小,而规范中对其没有具体详细的规定。以某奢侈品商场的改造加固为契机,对该奢侈品商场进行了楼面活荷载的调查,以统计得到的数据为基础,采用大样本方法对其进行了计算分析,得出了其楼面活荷载标准值,最后给出了该类奢侈品商场的楼面活荷载标准值的推荐值。

With the improvement of people’s living standards,the demand for luxury goods gradually increased,and the luxury shopping mall appeared with this trend.For this kind of store,the inventory quantity and traffic are often relatively small,so the value of floor live load is smaller than those common supermarket stores,however the standard has no provision for that in detail.Taking renovation for a luxury mall as an opportunity,the survey of its floor live load for the mall has been carried out.Based on the statistical data,calculation and analysis were carried out with the method of big sample,its characteristic value of floor live load was obtained,and at last recommended standard value of floor live load for this kind of mall was given.
