摘要
近年来冶金工业厂房排架柱大量采用混凝土结构和钢结构,这两种结构有其各自的优缺点。通过对设计实例的比较,分析相关数据,介绍了钢结构排架柱施工周期短、安装方便但造价较高;混凝土排架柱自重较大、造价及后期养护成本比较低廉、对施工现场条件要求较高等特点。经过精心比选,使工程取得安全、适用、经济、美观的综合效益。
In recent years,concrete and steel structures are used as the bent frame columns for a large number of metallurgical industrial plants,which have respective advantages and disadvantages.Through the comparison of design examples and analysis of relevant data,this article introduces the features of steel bent frame column at short construction period,easy installation and high cost;the concrete one at high self-weight,low construction and maintenance cost and high requirement on the site construction condition.Meticulous comparison and selection should be made to achieve its safe,suitable,economical and artistic benefits.
