摘要
对高炉粗煤气系统进行了较为全面的分析。详细介绍了粗煤气系统的组成、结构构造、计算原则、连接做法。对除尘器、上升管、下降管等常见的几种设计方法进行分析比较。根据工程经验,对常见问题的原因进行分析,并提出对策。对高炉粗煤气系统的设计有很好的借鉴作用。
The blast furnace coal gas system was analyzed.It was presented in detail the composition,structure,calculation principle and connecting method of hte system.Several common design methods for the dust collector,riser and drop tube were analyzed and compared.According to the engineering experience,analyses the cause of common problems was analyzed,and the countermeasures were put forward,which provided a good reference for designing blast furnace coal gas system.
