摘要
散装水泥罐是一种封闭式的储存散装物料的罐体,适合储存水泥、粉煤灰等各种散装材料,为工程施工储存散装材料提供了极大的便利。搅拌站散装水泥罐体迎风面积较大,受风荷载作用会发生倾覆,给工程带来不可避免的经济损失。采用有限元法对搅拌站水泥罐体支撑构件的强度、稳定性进行分析检算,并对基础的稳定性进行解析计算,提出相应的抗风加固措施。
Bulk cement tank is a sealed storage tank for storage of bulk material,cement,fly ash and other bulk materials,which provides a great convenience for the construction of storage bulk materials.At a mixing station,bulk cement tank windward area is large,which will overturn by wind loads,this brings engineering inevitable economic loss.Using the finite element method,strength and stability of the support member of mixing cement tank,were analysed and checked;and the stability of the base was analysed,and the corresponding wind-resistant reinforcement measures were proposed.
