In recent years,there has been a rapid development in large industrial projects in coastal areas.Most of the project foundations are weak soil ones with low bearing capacity and large compression deformation,so uneven settlement occurs easily.It is necessary to take appropriate measures to meet the industrial production of foundation bearing capacity and settlement requirements.This paper introduces the concept of the foundation treatment methods of the industrial projects as well as their scope of application and construction control key and main detection methods.
