摘要
以一不受外荷载作用的钢筋混凝土支撑梁为试验对象,利用自动化监测技术采集其在大气环境作用下的轴力和温度变化数据。基于试验数据,考察了不同截面位置对温度应力的影响,定性比较了4个不同厂商的钢筋应力计抗"温度应力"的性能,并探讨了温度应力与温差之间的关系。结果表明:温差大的截面位置会产生较大的温度应力,截面上部温度应力最大、下部次之、中部最小;厂商三的应力计的抗"温度应力"的性能具有一定的优势,厂商一的应力计略逊于厂商三的应力计;温度应力与温差并非是简单的线性关系。
A reinforced concrete strut under no external loads was exposed to the atmospheric environment.And automatic monitoring technology was used to collect the data of axial force and temperature.Based on the experimental data,the effect of different section position on temperature stress was studied,the temperature stress resistance ability of reinforcement stress meter of four different manufacturers was compared qualitatively,and the relationship between temperature stress and temperature difference was investigated.The results show that: a.temperature stress will be larger when temperature difference at the section position is larger,so the temperature stress at the section upper is the largest,while that at the section center take the second place,and that at the section bottom is the least;b.the reinforcement stress meter of NO.3 company has advantages in resistance ability of temperature stress,and the meter of NO.1 company slightly inferior to it;c.the relationship between temperature stress and temperature difference is not the simple linear relation.
