复合材料修复铝合金裂纹板的疲劳性能研究进展 被引量:5

FATIGUE BEHAVIOR OF CRACKED ALUMINUM PLATES REPAIRED WITH COMPOSITE PATCHES

摘要 近年来,采用FRP修复受损铝合金构件的研究已受到了广泛关注并取得了一定的进展。对复合材料修复铝合金裂纹板的试验研究,包括不同胶接长度、不同表面处理和不同刚度比等因素对其疲劳性能的影响规律,以及有限元方法预测疲劳性能进行了综述与分析;对试验结果与有限元预测的疲劳寿命进行了比较;并展望了今后的研究趋势。 Recently,the use of fibre reinforced polymer in the repair of cracked or corroded aluminum alloy structures has seen rapid expansion and made some progress.In this paper,research advances in experimental study on repair of composite cracked aluminum alloy plates,which describe the influences of different repair bonding length,surface treatment and stiffness ratio on the fatigue behavior of the cracked aluminum alloy,and fatigue life prediction methods of finite element are summarized.The article analyses the comparison between fatigue lives obtained from FEM and experiments;Last,the main problems and future trend of research are put forward.
