摘要
首钢迁钢2号热轧工程BOX(1)基础底板,混凝土累计3.5万m3,混凝土底板厚1.2～2.5 m不等,底板混凝土设计强度等级为C30/P8。采用普通混凝土、实施跳仓法浇筑措施,混凝土实体未见有害裂缝,确保了混凝土的耐久性。
The concrete for the bottom plate of foundation for No.2 hot-rolled project BOX(phase-1) under capital iron and steel company was to the amount of 35 000 m3.The thickness of the plate was 1.2 ～ 2.5 m and designed grade of concrete strength was C30 / P8.Normal concrete and skip pouring method were used,and there were not harmful cracks on the concrete body,which ensured the concrete durability.
