摘要
随着数控设备的广泛应用,如高炉平面开孔等一些项目,已可以通过计算机编程辅助数控对其进行全自动化处理。通过PC与数控设备操作电脑实现真正意义上的无缝对接,把以往加工制造过程中人与人的交流改变为电脑与电脑的数据交换,减少了人工判断的出错机率,从而真正实现了高炉壳体开孔的全自动化。也积累了一套成熟的现代化高炉壳体平面开孔施工工艺。
With the wide application of CNC equipment,for example,plane opening on the blast furnace has already been full-automaticly processed by the computer programming and auxiliary CNC machine.The true seamless connecting can be realized by PC and CNC machine-operating computer.The formerly interpersonal communication is changed to a data exchange between computers,which reduces the probability of artificial judgment error,and realizes the full-automation of opening on blast furnace shell.At the same time,it can be accumulated a set of mature and modern construction technology of plane opening on blast furnace shell.
