介绍广西南南铝业加工有限公司中厚板热轧厂房钢结构工程的制作管理。该项目春节前夕承接,工期紧、任务重,钢结构制作共计9 000 t,在与春节假期冲突的情况下2个月完成。在该项目中,在图纸转化、材料采购、构件制作以及构件运输方面采取了一系列行之有效的措施,保证该项目圆满完成任务,得到甲方、业主的一致好评,对以后类似项目的制作管理起到参考作用。

This article introduces the fabrication management of the steel structures for the plate hot rolling plant of Guangxi South-South Aluminum Processing Co.,Ltd.This project was carried on at the Spring Festival Eve.The time limit for this project was very urgent,and the task was very hard.Totally 9 000 steel structures were manufactured and finished in 2 months with the Spring Festival holiday in conflict.After the project was taken over by project department,a series of effective measures were taken in drawing,material purchasing,component fabrication and transportation to make sure to complete this task.At the same time the first party and owner’s good reputations were gained,which provided a reference for the fabrication management of similar projects in the future.
