浅谈建设工程全寿命周期管理的重要性

DISCUSSION ON THE IMPORTANCE OF FULL LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT OF CONSTRUCTIVE PROJECTS

借用建设工程项目全寿命周期管理的概念,提出了基于普通民众层面的关于建设工程全寿命周期管理的概念,阐述了每个阶段的主要工作内容,分析了目前我国建筑结构存在的问题,并通过对工程案例的分析,进一步强调了建设工程全寿命周期管理的重要性。列举建筑结构常见的几种劣化现象,以及在对建筑进行维护保养时,应重点关注的结构构件及部位。旨在普及作为非专业的普通民众对建筑物安全使用和维护保养的知识,使他们能正确的识别建筑缺陷,做到维护保养的经济性,最大限度的降低损失,使建筑物能达到预期的使用寿命。

By means of construction project life cycle management concept,it was proposed construction project life cycle management concept based on the general population level,elaborated the main content of each phase,analysed the existing problems of building structures in China,and through the engineering case analysis,further emphasizing the importance of the entire life cycle management of projects.This article lists several common degradation phenomena of building structures,as well as the structural components and parts,to which attention should be paid in the building maintenance.This paper aims to popularize the knowledge of building safety and maintenance to the nonprofessional ordinary people,so that they can correctly identify the construction defects,do maintenance of the economy,and reduce the maximum loss,so that the buildings can achieve the anticipated service life.
