大体积混凝土温度监测与防控技术 被引量:2

TEMPERATURE MONITORING AND CONTROL TECHNOLOGY OF MASS CONCRETE

摘要 干熄焦大体积混凝土施工,主要是防止混凝土因水泥水化热引起的温度差产生温度应力裂缝,首先要从原材料,混凝土拌制,浇筑以及后期养护,加强混凝土的养护,特别是早期对大体积混凝土表面的保温措施,避免混凝土表面内外温差过大(控制在25℃以内),保证温度平稳下降,确保了大体积混凝土施工质量,但在应用中也存在着一些问题值得探讨和分析,如降温管的铺设技术,混凝土内部温度与外部温度的实际偏差,循环水流量控制,降温水管的选择等,有待今后的工程实践中进一步完善和提高。 For CDQ mass concrete construction,the main job is to prevent the concrete temperature stress cracks due to temperature difference caused by the heat of hydration of cement.The measures should be taken,first from the raw materials,concrete mixing,pouring,and post curing,strengthen concrete curing,especially doing a insulation of mass concrete surfacey at early stage to avoid the large temperature difference between inside and outside of cancrete surface(controlled within 25 ℃),to ensure a steady decrease of temperature,and ensure the quality of mass concrete construction.But there are some problems in the applications that are also worthy of discussion and analysis,such as cooling pipe laying technology,the actual deviation of concrete internal and external temperatures,circulating water flow control,choice of cooling water pipes etc,which need further improvement and enhancement in future engineering practice.
