摘要
在宝钢工程的建设过程中,经常会遇到对部分管线进行扩容改造的情况。为了避免对原有生产线产生较大影响,通常是利用生产线定修和年修的短时停机来组织施工,如果按照常规施工方法,势必会投入大量的劳动力和工程机械,不但会使施工成本成倍上升,还会因为密集的劳动强度产生一定的安全隐患。介绍了一种可以进行不断水切换的管道施工方法,通过适当增加一些阀门和管件,利用原有管道路由进行临时通水,待新管道敷设完成后再进行切换,从而最大限度降低短时劳动强度和成本投入。
In the process of construction of Baoshan Iron and steel works,the expansion of transformation of part of the pipeline was after encountered,in order to avoid a greater impact on the original production line,usually short davitime of the production line maintenance and repair was used to organize construction,if according to the conventional construction method,a lot of manpower and mechanical engineering would be used,it would not only make the construction costs rise exponentially,but also because of the intensive labor intensity have certain security risks,this paper describes a continuous water switching method for pipeline construction,through the appropriate increase in the number of valves and pipe fittings,temporary water was passed using original pipeline route,which would be switched after laying the new pipeline,thus labor intensity and the cost of short-term could be reduced by maximum degree.
