摘要
从环形加热炉的工作原理及构造,分析托辊的布置情况,从环形炉中心设置基准控制台,利用全站仪对整个安装过程进行控制,并结合常规环形加热炉炉底托辊的安装控制方法提出了新的环形加热炉炉底托辊的安装测量控制方法。新的安装测量控制方法利用高端设备,简化了安装程序,提高了安装精度,大大提高了工作效率,对于环形加热炉的安装具有重要意义。
It was analyzed the layout of the supporting rollers according to the work principle and structure of a ring reheating furnace.A control table was set up at the center of the furnace,and the full erection process could be controlled by total station instrument.Combined with the normal erection method of the rollers,a new method of erection and measurement of the rollers was proposed,which simplified the erection process,and improved the precision and efficiency of the erection.
