摘要
采用静压桩并利用桩顶承载力顶升纠正建筑物的沉降倾斜,安全可靠,效果显著。某综合楼利用原基础构建承台,使承台和原建筑物连成整体。另在承台中建立压桩孔及反力架,并使桩能在孔中自由移动。通过顶升装置使原建筑物两纵轴的沉降差260 mm减小至28 mm,最后将桩顶与承台固结成整体,使建筑物的重力转嫁由桩承受。此法运用到处理灾害性建筑物极为方便快捷,可推而广之。
It is safe,reliable and efficinent to use the static pressure pile and the pile top load lifting to correct a tilt building.For a comprehensive building,the original foundation was used to construct a cap,the cap and the original buildings were connected as a whole.Besides pile hole and the reaction frame were set in the cap,and the pile could be moved freely in the hole.Through the lifting device,the differential settlement of two longitudinal exes of the original building could be decreased from 260 mm to 28 mm,finally the pile top and cap were consolidated into a whole,so that the gravity of the building was shifted to the piles.Using this method to deal with disasters of buildings is very convenient,which can be the popularized.
