摘要
针对科技期刊现用的管理模式在市场经济中已显示出的缺陷———严重阻碍科技期刊发展的现状 ,介绍“以人为本”的团队管理模式 ,论述科技期刊编辑部实行团队管理的可能性和现实性 ,提出了科技期刊团队管理的评价指标 ,为科技期刊管理制度的改革提供一条新的思路.
In the light of the status that the existing management modes of sci-tech periodicals prevents the periodicals from further development, the author introduces the teaming-up management mode with human as the foundation, expounds the possibility and reality of practising this management mode, and proposes the evaluation indexes of practicing this mode, so as to provide a new way for the reform of sci-tech periodical management system.
