摘要
本文分析了配网状态检修实现常态化管理的主要困难,指出实现配网状态检修常态化管理的关键在于将配网状态检修工作同日常生产管理工作融合,形成标准化的运维管理体系。总结了国网荆州供电公司配网状态检修常态化管理创新应用的主要做法,提出3个"常态化"观念,即信息收集常态化、计划执行常态化和评价分析常态化,可为配网状态检修在基层落地生根提供一些可借鉴的经验。
The paper points out that the key of distribution network condition-based maintenance is to combine distribution grid state maintenance work with daily production management and form standardized operation maintenance management system through the analysis of main difficulties and problems in realization of normal distribution condition based maintenance management.The author summarizes the main practice of distribution network condition-based maintenance in Jingzhou Power Supply Company and proposes three normalization concepts,namely information gathering normalization,program implementation and evaluation of normalization,and can offer some useful reference for its daily management in basic units.
