中美新型大国关系的构建理路——以中国的包容性为视角

On the Approach to Establish a New Sino-US Relationship——From the Perspective of China’s Inclusiveness

中美两国是当今世界最重要的两个大国,中美新型大国关系的构建影响着亚太地区乃至全球的发展。在中共新一代领导人开始全面接班和美国奥巴马总统再次当选的时刻,如何处理双边关系面临的重大挑战,以及怎样建立新型的大国关系成为中美双方共同关注的问题。两国人民的根本利益要求双方避免对抗、增进合作、保持良性竞争。包容互鉴、合作共赢的精神为中美关系的积极发展提供了一个行之有效的途径。

China and US are two most important countries in the world. The establishment of a new relationship between them affects development of the Asia-Pacific area and even the whole world. As a new generation of CPC leaders take office and President Obama is re-elected, how to handle major challenges facing the two countries' bilateral relations and how to establish new relations between them have become issues of common concern. The fundamental interests of the two peoples call on both sides to avoid confrontation, increase cooperation, and maintain healthy competition. The spirit of inclusiveness, mutual learning and win-win cooperation could provide an effective way for the development of Sino-US relations.
