目前,世界形势的发展动向和前景混沌不清,世界局势复杂多变;人类正处在历史性大变革时代,全球化、区域化、国家化并存发展是时代的一个基本特征,区域化是当今时代的一个值得深究的重要特征。在深层次、多视角评判和剖析欧债危机发展势态、危机性质、和解救危机战略及政策的基础上,应对欧洲一体化历程进行反思和重新审视。应通过解救危机,促进欧盟一体化实现变革转型。在此基础上,阐述了对欧洲一体化的动向及未来的见解。

At present, world development trend and prospects are unclear owing to a complex and volatile development situation. Human development is now in a historical era of great change, with the coexistence of globalization, regionalization and countrization as a basic feature of the times and regionalization an important feature that is worth studying. On the basis of deep and multi-dimensional evaluation and analysis of the debt crisis in terms of its development and nature as well as strategy and policy to resolve it, this paper reflected on and reviewed the process of European integration, proposed to promote reform and transition of European integration by tackling the debt crisis, elaborated on the European integration trends and provided an insight into its future.
