摘要
从欧洲煤钢共同体到欧洲共同体再到欧洲联盟,欧洲一体化在消除战争、促进经济繁荣和建立福利体制等方面做出了杰出贡献。欧共体/欧盟作为一个主权国家联盟,其成员国有不同的利益诉求,而一体化意味着主权的让渡,所以一体化进程注定是一条崎岖难行的道路。回顾过去61年,欧洲一体化危机不断,但是欧共体/欧盟每一次都能化险为夷,并在每一次危机中变得强大而继续前行。
European integration has experienced three stages: the European Coal and Steel Community, the European Community, and the European Union. During the process, it has played an important role in eliminating war risks, promoting economic prosperity and establishing welfare system. As a sovereign nations alliance, EC/EU faces a difficulty that member states have different interest demands. Moreover, integration means the transfer of sovereignty, so the integration process is destined to take a bumpy road. Looking back on its 61 years of history, the European integration has encountered numerous crises, but each time EC/EU managed to weather the storm, become stronger and move on.
