Over the past 20 years,many miraculous changes have taken place in India,making it play an important role in the international economic and political stage.The basic conditions of China are,to some extent,similar to those of India,yet differences also exist in many aspects.Because its reform started late and its economic growth has been relatively slow,India still falls behind China in terms of economy.Factors restricting India's development mainly include low efficiency in government decision-making,poor industrial structure,shortage of energy resources and intensification of social conflicts.In dealing with Sino-India relations,we need to be confident,modest and cooperative.The cooperation between the two countries is a rational choice as well as a win-win choice.
