实行绿色发展是实施可持续发展战略、破解日趋严重的生态问题、摆脱目前能源困境的一种全新发展模式,是具有中国特色的可持续发展之路。当前,中国处于经济社会转型的新时期,很多因素都处于不稳定状态,这对于中国的绿色发展而言是一次机遇,也会面临诸多挑战。我们必须树立科学发展观,改变战略部署,充分利用现有优势,克服不利因素,转变经济增长方式,以此来推动中国绿色发展不断前行。

Green development is a new mode of development for implementing the strategy of sustainable development,solving the increasingly serious ecological problems and getting out of the current energy predicament.It can be called the road of sustainable development with Chinese characteristics.At present,China is in the new period of economic and social transition,and many social factors are in an unstable state,which create opportunities and also present many challenges for green development in China.We must maintain a scientific outlook on development,change the strategic arrangements,make full use of the current advantages,overcome the unfavorable factors and transform the mode of economic growth,so as to move forward with China's green development.
