摘要
选举式民主是对古典民主的修正。"差额"本身是选举的应有之义,差额选举不仅提升了民主的真实度,体现了人民主权的观念,而且有利于一种高质量的民主前景,符合现代的科学精神与理性精神。不过,现代中国语境下的"差额选举"却反映了民主政治在当代中国的各种问题。理性对待并认真分析这些问题,对于提升执政科学化水平,以及社会主义民主政治的自我完善与发展,都具有重大意义。
Election-based democracy is a modification of the classical democracy. 'Competitive' in itself should be the proper meaning of election. It not only enhances the practicalness of democracy and embodies the concept of popular sovereignty, but also helps create a prospect of high-quality democracy and conforms to modern scientific spirit and rationalism. However, in the context of modern China, 'competitive election' has been able to reflect various problems facing democratic politics. Rationally treating and carefully analyzing these problems are of great significance in making ruling of the country more scientific and in promoting the self-improvement and development of socialist democratic politics.
