我国七省药品集中招标采购价格的对比分析

The Comparative Analysis of the Medicines Price in the Concentrated Bidding and Purchase From Seven Different Provinces

目的研究我国药品集中招标采购的药品价格差异。方法本文收集广东、广西、福建、河南、云南、湖北、四川七个省份药品集中招标采购的药品中标价格,运用Excel 2007和SPSS 17.0对数据进行描述性统计和假设检验,对七省采购药品的平均价格、西药与中成药采购价格、国产药与进口药价格进行了对比分析。结果与讨论同一品种、同一规格、同一厂家的药品在不同省份的招标采购价格不相同;单个药品价格与平均价格并不完全成正比;西药采购的药品数量、价格均高于中药且各省药品价格差异较大;进口药品价格远高于国产药品价格。

Objective To analyze the differences of medicines price in the concentrated bidding and purchase. Methods We studied the price in the concentrated bidding and purchase of medicine in 7 provinces, including Guangdong、Guangxi、Fujian、Henan、Yunnan、Hubei and Sichuan. Excell2007 and SPSS 17.0 were used for the descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing.We compared the difference of medicines price between western medicines and Chinese medicines, between the domestic medicines and imported medicines, among the seven provinces. Results and Conclusion The medicines price is different in different provinces. In the concentrated bidding and purchase of medicines, the medicines price in single and in average is not completely proportional,the quantities of western medicines are larger than the quantities of Chinese medicines, the western medicines and imported medicines are more expensive than the Chinese medicines and domestic medicines, the price of western medicines in different provinces is varies in different.
