Study on the Effect of Clinical Path with Electronic Medical Records in the Hospital Management

目的探讨临床路径结合电子病历在医院管理中的作用研究。方法将本院医院管理工作分成两个阶段,第一阶段为2011年7~12月,第二阶段为2012年1~6月,在2011年本院开始实施临床路径结合电子病历工作方式,比较实施新工作方式后对本院管理工作的影响。结果 2011年7月~12月本院外科患者住院时间为(12.21±2.12)d,住院费用为(4322.12±212.12)元,对医疗服务的满意率为84.24%;2012年1月~6月本院外科患者住院时间为(8.32±1.09)d,住院费用为(3421.21±109.32)元,对医疗服务的满意率为92.16%。结论临床路径结合电子病历可提高本院医疗质量,缩短患者平均住院时间,节约医疗资源,可提高本院整体服务水平。

Objective Study on the ef ect of clinical pathway in combination with electronic medical records in the hospital management. Methods The hospital management work of the school is divided into two phases, the first phase from 2011 July to December, the second phase from 2012 January to June, second stage, started with the electronic medical record work of implementation of clinical pathway in 2011 this academy, impact on the management work of our hospital is the implementation of the new work mode. Results 2011 July^December in this hospital hospitalization time was (12.21±2.12) d, cost of hospitalization was (4322.12±212.12)yuan, on medical service satisfaction rate is 84.24%;in 2012 January^June in our hospital surgical inpatients time was (8.32±1.09) d, cost of hospitalization was (3421.21±109.32)yuan, on medical service satisfaction rate is 92.16%. Conclusion Clinical pathway with electronic medical records can be shown to improve the quality of medical care in our hospital, shortening the average hospitalization days, save medical resources, can improve the overal service level of the hospital.
