健康教育讲座对尿道下裂患儿家属焦虑作用的研究

A research About the Influence of Hospital Health Education Lectures on the Dysphoric Mood of Family Members of Children who have Undergone the Hypospadias Orthopedy

目的通过问卷调查,探讨尿道下裂手术患儿家属焦虑情绪的程度与原因,通过住院健康教育讲座改善、降低患儿家属的焦虑。方法采用Zung自评焦虑量表和自行设计的问卷,对72例尿道下裂手术患儿家属进行调查,并对结果进行分析。结果调查显示患儿家属因不同原因,普遍存在不同程度的焦虑现象,讲座前后72名家属焦虑程度比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论对尿道下裂患儿家属进行住院健康教育讲座,可以使患儿家属情绪明显放松,进而为患儿营造良好的家庭和社会环境,确保患儿在最佳状下态进行手术。

Objective Through the questionnaire survey, to explore the reason and the degree of dysphoric mood of family members of children with hypospadias, and then make out hospital health education lectures to ameliorate these dysphoric mood. Methods Evaluated the mood of 72 family members of children with hypospadias by the end of research by using the Zung Sel- judge scale and the questionnaire, and the results are analyzed. Results Different causes have induced different degree of dysphoric mood of family members of children with hypospadias. Comparison of 72 family members before and after the lecture, there were significant differences P<0.01. Conclusion Provide the hospital health education lectures for family members of children with hypospadias, which can effectively reduce the degree of dysphoric mood in family members, and then guarantee the children could accept the operation successful y.
