2012年临床常见致病菌的药物敏感与耐药分析

摘要 目的了解2012年我院几种常见细菌的药物敏感与耐药分析情况。方法收集2012年1月至5月我院临床细菌培养的所有阳性标本,对6种常见的细菌通过测定最小抑菌浓度(MIC)来判断敏感率与耐药率。结果亚胺培南、美罗培南对大肠、绿脓的敏感度很高,头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、阿米卡星对三种细菌的敏感度较高,其它药物对三种细菌的敏感度一般或较低。万古霉素、替考拉丁、美满霉素、利奈唑胺、亚胺培南、美罗培南对金黄色葡萄球菌的敏感率分别为100.0%、100.0%、94.5%、92.0%、92.0%、92.0%,其它药物对金葡敏感率一般或低。粪肠球菌对万古霉素、替考拉丁的敏感率都是100.0%,对氨苄西林的敏感率为96.6%,对青霉素的敏感率为93.1%,对其它药物的敏感率一般或较低。肺炎链球菌对万古霉素、替考拉丁的敏感率都为100.0%,对青霉素、头孢曲松、氯霉素的敏感率分别问87.5%、87.5%、87.5%。结论万古霉素、替考拉丁对革兰氏阳性球菌的活性非常高,青霉素仍可作为肺炎链球菌和肠球菌感染的首选药物,亚胺培南、美罗培南对格兰氏阴性杆菌的活性很高。 Objective Understanding drug in our hospital in 2012. Methods Between january 2012 and may all our clinical bacteria culture positive specimens, the 6 kinds of common bacteria by determining the minimum bacteriostatic concentration(MIC) to determine sensitive rate and resistance. Results Imine southern culture、beautye faecalis to colon、green pussensitivity high, cefoperazone/shu ba、 and piperacillin/he thiazole temple、amikacin high sensitivity to the three kinds of bacteria, or other drugs to the sensitivity of the three kinds of bacteria in general is low.vancomycin、their stead Latin、happy toxin、rina thiazole amine、imine southern culture、beautye faecalis sensitive rate of staphylococcus aureus were 100.0%、100.0%、94.5%、92.0%、92.0%、 92.0%, other drugs for saphylococcus sensitive rate or low in general. Dung enterococcus is sensitive to vancomycin, their stead Latin rate is 100.0%, to ampicillin sensitive rate was 96.6%, sensitive to penicillin at a rate of 93.1%, generally or for other drug sensitive rate is low. Streptococcus pneumoniae were sensitive to vancomycin、their stead Latin rate was 100.0%, he rate of penicillin、ceftriaxone、chloromycetin sensitive asked 87.5%、87.5%、87.5% respectively. Conclusion Vancomycin、their stead Latin for the activity of gram positive coccus is very high, penicillin still can be used as the first selection medicaments of streptococcus pneumoniae and enterococcus infection, Imine southern culture、beautye faecalis high activity of the gram negative bacilli.
