维药神香草对COPD小鼠血清中IL-13和IL-18的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究维药神香草对COPD小鼠血清炎性因子IL-13和IL-18的影响,探讨神香草治疗COPD的抗炎作用机理。方法将小鼠随机分为正常对照组、生理盐水组、神香草高、中、低剂量治疗组及COPD模型组,均给予各组熏烟,高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组给予相应浓度灌胃,生理盐水组给予生理盐水灌胃,持续6个月。采集血清,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测小鼠血清中IL-13和IL-18的水平。结果 COPD模型组血清IL-13、IL-18水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),神香草高剂量治疗组IL-13、IL-18水平低于COPD模型组(P<0.05),神香草高、中剂量治疗组IL-13水平低于低剂量组,神香草高剂量治疗组IL-18高于中、低剂量组(P<0.05)。正常对照组IL-13、IL-18水平低于生理盐水组(P<0.05)。结论神香草能一定程降低COPD小鼠血清中炎性因子IL-13、IL-18的水平。
