肩胛上神经阻滞辅以痛点注射治疗肩周炎的体会

Scapular Nerve Block with Pain Points injection on the Treatment of Periarthritis of Shoulder

目的以肩胛上神经阻滞辅以痛点注射治疗肩周炎30例的体会。方法随机选取30例肩周炎患者,在其肩胛上神经处注入1.2%甲磺酸罗哌卡因注射液2ml、曲安奈德注射液10mg加生理盐水至20ml的混合液中10ml,随后在肩关节痛点(大约3~5处)注入余下药液。为一次治疗,4~5次为一个疗程。结果一个疗程后93.33%患者治愈,余下2例疼痛明显减轻。结论肩胛上神经阻滞辅以痛点注射是一种很好的治疗肩周炎的手段。

Objective In order to shoulder nerve block with pain points injection on the treatment of 30 cases of periarthritis of shoulder. Methods 30 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were randomly selected, nerve injection of 1.2% on their shoulder mesylate, pp because 2 ml ampoule, triamcinolone acetonide injection 10 mg with physiological saline to 20 ml in the mixture of 10 ml, then in the shoulder joint pain points(about 3 ~ 5) into the remaining liquid. As a treatment, 4~5 times for a period of treatment. Results 93.33% of patients cured after one period of treatment, the remaining two cases significantly reduce pain. Conclusion The nerve block on the shoulder with pain points injection is a good method for the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.
