Experience of Developing high Quality Nursing Service in Department of Orthopedics

目的探讨在骨科开展优质护理服务的临床效果。方法全面评估骨科住院患者的自护能力和需求,完善并修订各项护理职责、工作流程和制度,夯实护理基础,先进行有效沟通,然后实施优质护理服务于患者。结果通过优质护理,患者及社会的满意度得到提高,护理工作人员的工作压力也得到减轻,明确了优质护理的内涵,自觉地进行护理形象塑造、形象管理、形象投资,自觉意识到优质护理服务的客观性和重要性。结论通过优质护理服务,骨科患者更加信赖和认同护士的工作,充分体现出护士的价值。优质护理服务更加具有灵活性、多样性和整体性,明显的提高了骨科护理质量。

Objective To study carried out in orthopaedic clinical effect of high quality nursing service. Methods Comprehensive evaluation of hospitalized patients with orthopaedic care ability and the demand, improve and modify the nursing duties, work process and system, laying solid foundation nursing, first to communicate effectively, and then implement high quality nursing service in patients. Results Through high quality nursing patients and society satisfaction was improved, the nursing staff working pressure also ease, made clear the connotation of quality of nursing, consciously to invest nursing image creation, image management, image, consciously aware of the objectivity and importance of high quality nursing service. Conclusion The quality of nursing service, orthopaedic patients have more trust and identity the nurse's work, to give full expression to the value of the nurse. High quality nursing service is more flexibility, diversity and integrity, and obviously improve the orthopedic nursing quality.
