国外临床药学服务的经济学评价文献综述

Economic evaluation of Clinical Pharmacy Intervention Abroad: A Review of the Research

目的了解经济学评价对于临床药学发展的重要性,以及如何应用评价结果进行临床药学服务方案的调整。方法回顾国外临床药学经济学评价文章,整理产生经济效益的临床药学服务类型、经济学评价的常见方法。结果目前主要应用三种方法对临床药学干预进行经济评价:成本-效果分析、成本效用分析、成本-效益分析;产生经济效益的临床药学服务有节约成本的干预,多学科团队参加查房,药品不良事件的预防,处方差错的预防,抗生素治疗的管理,广泛的临床药学干预等。结论经济学评价对于证明临床药学工作成效、获得政策的支持、提高药学服务质量非常重要。

Objective To understand and apply economic evaluation of clinical pharmacy intervention.Methods Economic evaluations of clinical pharmacy interventions abroad are reviewed.Results Three techniques can be used to conduct an economic evaluation of clinical pharmacy interventions:cost-effectiveness analysis、cost-utility analysis、and cost–benefit analysis.The types of clinical pharmacy interventions in the studies reviewed included cost-saving interventions,multidisciplinary teams attending rounds,prevention of ADEs,prevention of prescribing errors, management of antibiotic therapy,and general clinical pharmacy interventions.Conclusion Economic evaluation is very important for proving the effectiveness of clinical pharmacy intervention and getting policy support.
