鼻内镜直视下低温等离子技术在儿童腺样体肥大手术中的应用

Nasal Endoscopic low Temperature Plasma Technology in the Adenoidal Hypertrophy Surgery

目的探讨鼻内镜直视下使用低温等离子腺样体切除术治疗儿童腺样体肥大的临床疗效。方法对152例腺样体肥大患儿采用70°鼻内镜直视下低温等离子腺样体切除术,观察其疗效及并发症。结果本组患儿在手术后进食、体温均正常,未出现较为明显的出血和疼痛现象。1次治愈全部患儿,其中51例合并腭扁桃体肥大患儿在手术刚结束的一段时间内吞咽时存在轻度疼痛,但张口呼吸、打鼾、鼻塞等症状都得到了缓解,临床症状在7~10d后基本消失,半个月后恢复正常。随访1~3个月无并发症及复发。结论鼻内窥镜直视下低温等离子腺样体切除术治疗儿童腺样体肥大采用,视野清晰,增加了手术的安全性和准确性,操作方便,术中损伤小,手术疗效显著。

Objective To study the nasal endoscopic direct use of low temperature plasma adenoidectomy under clinical curative effect for the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children. Methods 152 cases of children with adenoid hypertrophy with 70°low-temperature plasma adenoidectomy under nasal endoscope look,observe its efficacy and complications.Results This group of children in the operation after eating,body temperature was normal,does not appear obvious bleeding and pain.All the children were cured 1 times,including 51 cases with palatine tonsil hypertrophy in children in operation just the end of the period of time during swallowing slight pain,but the mouth breathing,snoring,stuffy nose and other symptoms have been alleviated,clinical symptoms disappeared in 7~10d,half a month after the return to normal.Patients were followed up for 1 ~ 3 months without complications and recurrence.Conclusion Nasal endoscopic surgery under the low temperature plasma adenoidectomy in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children with,clear vision,increase the safety and accuracy of operation,the operation is convenient,less surgical trauma,operation curative effect.
