针刺规律性阿是穴治疗颈型颈椎病临床研究

Clinical observation on cervical spondylopathy treated with acupuncture at Ashi points

目的:比较针刺阿是穴与常规腧穴对颈型颈椎病的疗效差异。方法:将60例颈型颈椎病患者随机分为阿是穴组(30例)和常规取穴组(30例),阿是穴组根据运动解剖学、经筋理论与临床触诊相结合的方法,取局部阿是穴;常规取穴组穴取风池、后溪、天拄、肩井、合谷、外关等。两组均治疗10天,比较两组临床症状体征评分、VAS评分及两组临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后各项症状体征评分、VAS疼痛评分均较治疗前明显改善(均P<0.001),且阿是穴组较常规取穴组改善更明显(均P<0.05);阿是穴组综合疗效显效率为27/30(90.0%),优于常规取穴组的16/30(53.3%)(P<0.05)。结论:针刺规律性阿是穴治疗颈型颈椎病疗效明显优于常规针刺取穴。

Objective To compare the efficacy difference in the treatment of cervical spondylopathy between acupuncture at the Ashi point and conventional acupuncture.Methods Sixty cases were randomly divided into an Ashi point group and a conventional acupuncture group.The Ashi point group was treated with local Ashi points according to sports anatomy,muscle region theory and physical palpation.The conventional acupuncture group was treated with puncture at Fengchi(GB 20).Houxi(SI 3).Tianzhu(BL 25).Jianjing(GB 21).Hegu(LI 4),Waiguan(TE 5).etc.After treatment of ten days,the score of symptom and physical sign,visual analogue scale(VAS) and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups.Results The scores of sign and symptom,VAS score after treatment were obviously improved as compared with those before treatment in both groups(all P<0.001),and the above indices in the Ashi point group were superior to those in the conventional acupuncture group(all P<0.05),The obvious effective rate of the Ashi point group was 27/30(90.0%),which was superior to 53.3%(16/30) in the conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at Ashi points achieves the superior effect on cervical spondylopathy as compared with conventional acupuncture.
